Painting of boats in Batson boat park in Salcombe, Devon.
I took this image early one August morning as I was walking the dog. It had been raining overnight and the roads were still wet. The sun was just starting to come up and there was a feeling of calm and stillness to the boat park which seemed in stark contrast to the experience of these boats out on the water.
This piece is in oils on linen canvas. Painting can be stretched either onto a deep-sided box canvas (1.5″ depth) or a standard canvas (0.75″ depth) (which could also take a frame) at no extra cost.
