Below you will find a selection of my artwork. All pieces are stretched and ready to hang. If you would like to see further images of any particular piece (including side and 'in situ' shots), just drop me a line and I'll send them through via email.
I feel privileged to live in London – undoubtedly one of the greatest cities in the world. How could I not be inspired to paint some of these urban scenes? I love the dynamism of the city – taxi ranks, car headlights, neon lights, backstreet pavements.
New York is undoubtedly one of the greatest cities in the world and a constant source of inspiration. I prefer to look beyond the iconic landmarks, towards the backstreets of Manhattan, the ghettos of Brooklyn, the street signs and traffic lights and yellow cabs to capture the real essence of the city...
I love the US! I'm constantly inspired by American iconography; those retro 50s diners, Motels on the roadside and long stretches of desert Highway. These pieces were all conceived on my travels around the US, particularly LA and the Californian coast.
Having spent several years working on cityscapes and urban scenes, I was keen to explore a different subject. I have always been drawn to the sea. I love the sound of the ocean and find it a real source of inspiration. This is a series of paintings, mostly from the beautiful South West coast.
